  • Standard Shipping:  

    • We offer standard shipping for all orders within our designated delivery regions. Orders typically arrive within up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.


SECTION 2 – ORDER PROCESSING 

After placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. During this time, we will prepare your items for shipment.


SECTION 3 – CANCELATION POLICY  

You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours after it has been placed. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once this period has passed, your order may have already been processed for shipping.


SECTION 4 – SHIPPING REGIONS 

OLVY currently ships to selected countries, including Oman, Saudi Arabia (KSA), and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). If you are outside our shipping areas, please reach out for assistance.


SECTION 4 – TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
